It allows eligible partners to brand and deliver the same level of support as Cisco Solution Support, expanding service delivery scope and strengthening customer relationships. The benefits of PLS-Support address issues beyond just hardware or software. Its holistic scope means it is ideal for multi-vendor customer environments built from interconnected software, hardware, and devices

Smart Bonding
Smart Bonding connects the partner ticketing system with the Cisco TAC ITSM system for PLS-Support incident ticket synchronization. As a result, the partner and Cisco always see the same non-private case information automatically and immediately, improving collaboration, service, and faster case resolution.
It typically takes 30-90 days on average for a partner to complete Smart Bonding and must be completed before beginning the TSD Validation.
Technical Services Validation Advanced
Partners investing in their professional services and support practices build stronger relationships with customers, expand contract agreements, and increase recurring revenue.
To help partners succeed in delivering exceptional technical services for Partner Lifecycle Services – Support (PLS-Support), partners must complete the TSD Validation (Integrators only) and Advanced.
The Technical Services Delivery Validation Advanced process is an in-depth evaluation of your technical services delivery practice, including infrastructure, resources, tools, processes, and delivery capabilities.
